Salvage dispatch capability

Claims Manager extends its capabilities with efficient processing of salvage assignments. Take advantage of an intuitive user interface and transparent integration with the Audatex Estimating application to create, update, or track a salvage assignment.

Power Dispatch

Based on advanced scheduling technology, Power Dispatch streamlines task scheduling and distributes assignments to the most suitable appraisal resource for optimal claims processing.
TOP FEATURES:
  • Optimization engine. Provides the logic to allocate a loss assignment to the most efficient available staff appraisal resource. It also provides up-to-date status to enable dispatchers to manage changes in an appraiser's schedule.
  • Flexible administration. Enables administrative users to optimize appraiser scheduling according to business rules such as assignment type and priority, or appraiser skill set. Administrative users can modify and change setting and business rules with intuitive administration features.
  • Seamless integration with the Audatex application suite. Allows users to access Audatex applications from Claims Manager. For example, appraisers can access detailed driving directions and update assignment status from within the Audatex Estimating application.
  • Reporting. Provides pre-configured reports that insurers can use to track and assess productivity gain. Reports include resource utilization report, productivity and travel time report, and SLA compliance reports.
