Audatex Claims Manager Release 6.0 Highlights
This new release of Claims Manager includes the following enhancements.
Salvage dispatch capability
Claims Manager extends its capabilities with efficient processing of salvage assignments. Take advantage of an intuitive user
interface and transparent integration with the Audatex Estimating application to create, update, or track a salvage
assignment.
TOP FEATURES:
- Seamless connection to a salvage provider.
- Status tracking tools enable users to better manage the salvage workflow. This includes essential features such as:
-
Event log and To Do List features. Details of salvage assignments are steadily updated with milestone data received
from salvage providers. Key data tracked include advance fees paid, salvage fees charged, auction date, time stamped bids
placed on auction, and winning bidder.
-
Enhanced To Do List UI. Claims Manager displays a system error icon for an unsuccessful submission of a salvage
assignment. Move the mouse pointer over the icon to display a ToolTip pop-up that contains a brief description of the
problem.
-
Enhanced Viewer UI. The View Claim page keeps track of assignment submissions, displaying descriptions of reject
reasons or any system errors.
-
Monitoring capability. Claims Manager enables creation of monitor assignments to track salvage assignment progress.
Salvage assignment status details are accessible from the To Do List, Dispatch (Find Services Provider) page, and Viewer.
- Configurable status alarms make it easy to create alerts that identify delays from user-set rules and guidelines.
Power Dispatch
Based on advanced scheduling technology, Power Dispatch streamlines task scheduling and distributes assignments to the most
suitable appraisal resource for optimal claims processing.
TOP FEATURES:
-
Optimization engine. Provides the logic to allocate a loss assignment to the most efficient available staff appraisal
resource. It also provides up-to-date status to enable dispatchers to manage changes in an appraiser's schedule.
-
Flexible administration. Enables administrative users to optimize appraiser scheduling according to business rules
such as assignment type and priority, or appraiser skill set. Administrative users can modify and change setting and business
rules
with intuitive administration features.

Seamless integration with the Audatex application suite. Allows users to access Audatex applications from Claims
Manager. For example, appraisers can access detailed driving directions and update assignment status from within the Audatex
Estimating application.
